Mode Of Action: Amistar Top Fungicide is a fungicide that contains two active ingredients: azoxystrobin and difenoconazole. Azoxystrobin inhibits spore germination at the early stages of fungal development, thus preventing the invasion of fungal pathogens. Difenoconazole interferes with the biosynthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes, thus disrupting the growth and reproduction of fungi. Together, these two ingredients provide a broad spectrum of control against various fungal diseases in crops.
