Refund & Return Policy | Rythukart

Rythukart’s Return and Exchange Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock.

Exceptions and Rules

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our logistics team.
  • If you had purchased a product with a free gift/offer, you must return the associated free item(s) as well.
  • If you choose to self-ship returns, kindly pack items securely to prevent loss or damage in transit. We recommend a reliable courier service.
  • Perishable goods such as seeds and flowers cannot be returned if the packet is opened or damaged.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery.

  • Complaints require an unboxing video of the package, to be sent to our WhatsApp +91 9100210758.
  • Issues related to delivered products should be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for processing returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Rythukart reserves the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, due to product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Service, or logistical constraints. In all such cases, Rythukart will issue refunds for prepaid orders as per this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time before a refund appears may vary.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at rythukartb2b@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rythukartb2b@gmail.com and send your item to our address below.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana.
