Vigor 71 is a non-selective, systemic herbicide. It does not burn the plant immediately; instead, it slowly shuts down the plant's life support system.

1. Absorption: The Ammonium salt formulation allows the herbicide to be absorbed rapidly through green leaves and stems.
2. Translocation (Movement): Once inside, it travels through the plant's vascular system (phloem) down to the roots, rhizomes, and tubers (the "food storage" of the weed).
3. Inhibition: It blocks the EPSPS enzyme, which is essential for making proteins. Without these proteins, the plant starves and dies completely from the root up.

Note: This is a slow process. Yellowing starts in 5-7 days, and complete death occurs in 14-21 days.

The Golden Rule: Always follow the "Dose per Acre" for accurate results. Do not under-dose, or weeds may recover.
